I. Introduction
Artificial intelligence represents an important technological tool that is increasingly used in real estate services. It enables more efficient workflows, improves communication with clients, enhances property presentation, and raises the overall quality of services.
At the same time, we recognize that the use of AI requires increased transparency, responsibility, and protection of trust between the broker and the client. Every client has the right to know whether and how AI tools are used in the provision of real estate services.
This AI Policy defines the basic rules for using AI in real estate brokerage, supports transparency, and contributes to safe, responsible, and trustworthy use of modern technologies.
These principles are based on applicable Czech and EU legislation, especially on transparency, responsible AI use, consumer protection, and personal data protection.
II. Principle of Human Responsibility
AI is a supportive tool, not an independent decision-maker. All outputs created or processed using AI are subject to appropriate human review, and the broker bears full responsibility for their accuracy and use.
- responsibility – the broker is always responsible for information and recommendations,
- human decision-making – no significant decision is made solely by AI,
- professional oversight – AI outputs are always reviewed,
- transparency – AI must not distort facts or mislead clients.
If there is any doubt about the correctness or suitability of an AI-generated output, professional judgment always prevails.
III. Scope of AI Use
AI may be used as a supportive tool to increase efficiency, service quality, and communication.
AI may be used for:
- preparing property listings and advertising texts,
- language and stylistic editing of documents,
- translations,
- creating marketing materials,
- property presentations,
- virtual staging,
- visualizations of future property states,
- photo and video processing within the limits of this AI Policy,
- drafting business communication,
- searching and analyzing publicly available information,
- supporting market analysis,
- administrative support,
- automation of repetitive tasks.
The scope may evolve depending on technological development and service needs.
IV. What AI Never Does
AI is never used in a way that could mislead clients, distort reality, or replace professional responsibility.
AI is never used for:
- creating false or misleading information,
- concealing property defects,
- creating unlabelled AI-generated or significantly AI-modified photos, videos, or audio,
- impersonating a specific person without proper disclosure,
- replacing professional judgment,
- automatic decision-making about client rights or obligations.
AI is not used to remove or hide defects in photos or videos, nor to create content that could give a false impression of the actual property condition. Any visualizations or virtual staging are clearly labeled.
V. Our Commitments to Clients
We use AI transparently, professionally, and in line with clients’ legitimate interests. AI must never reduce service quality or weaken trust.
- acting honestly and transparently,
- never using AI in a misleading way,
- providing truthful, up-to-date, and complete information,
- respecting client privacy and protecting personal data,
- using AI only as a supportive tool,
- monitoring technological developments and adjusting practices accordingly,
- informing clients about AI use when appropriate.
VI. Communication Security
AI technologies can create highly realistic texts, voices, photos, and videos. Therefore, we pay increased attention to communication security.
- using verified communication channels,
- never announcing changes to bank account numbers or payment details solely via electronic messages,
- recommending clients verify any unusual requests, especially related to payments or contracts,
- encouraging independent verification via official phone numbers or in person,
- monitoring new AI-related security risks.
If clients doubt the authenticity of communication, they should verify it using official contact details.
VII. Labeling AI Content
Any AI-created or significantly AI-modified content that could appear real is appropriately labeled.
Labeling applies to:
- future-state visualizations,
- virtual staging,
- AI-generated or significantly AI-edited photos or videos,
- AI-generated voice or audiovisual outputs,
- automated chatbot communication,
- any content that could mislead without labeling.
Labeling is done in a clear and appropriate manner.
VIII. Client Rights
Clients have the right to transparent, safe, and responsible AI use.
- truthful and understandable information,
- information about AI use when relevant,
- verification of important information,
- reporting inaccuracies in AI outputs,
- requesting explanations regarding AI influence,
- raising questions or comments about AI use.
IX. Final Provisions
This AI Policy may be updated according to legal and technological developments.
