We offer for sale an authentic, Istrian, stone, terraced house with a large jacuzzi, completely renovated in 2024.
It is located in a small, quiet Istrian village near Poreč, just a 10-minute drive from Poreč and the sea (approx. 10km), which makes it an extremely attractive and practical place.
The house is spread over three floors – ground floor, first floor and attic.
On the ground floor there is a modern custom-made kitchen, a cozy living room, a dining room and a bathroom. Wooden internal stairs lead to the first floor, which consists of one spacious bedroom, while in the attic there is another bedroom with its own bathroom.
Underfloor heating is installed on the ground floor and in all bathrooms, while air conditioning provides cooling, ensuring a pleasant stay all year round.
The yard is fenced, beautifully decorated and easy to maintain. There is a sunbathing area, an old olive tree and a large 2.5 x 6 m hot tub – ideal for relaxation. On the north-west side of the house there is a covered, once functional well, which now offers a beautiful view of the village and the surrounding nature and adds additional Istrian charm to the space.
The house is sold fully furnished and the nearest shops are about 3 km away.
Given its location, layout and equipment, it represents an excellent opportunity for personal use or as an investment for tourist rental.
